Leap

Leap is a white and red border collie who was whelped on May 20, 1996 and bred by Eileen Stein of Shady Side, Maryland. Her parents are Eileen Stein's Faith (a daughter of Lewis Pulfer's Creed and Roy Brown's Hope) and Kent Kuykendall's Bill (a son of Tom Wilson's Roy and Kent Kuykendall's Paige). Bill was the 1995 Purina Points champion. I fooled around with Leap a little on sheep, and she's taught me a lot.  Even more importantly, Leap is a marvelous pet who loves playing with the bassets, snuggling next to me while I watch TV, going for walks, and playing endless rounds of frisbee. She's a wonderful dog to live with!
